Return Policy

If you are a US customer and decide to return a product, OBoutique.shop offers in-store credit as long as you make the return within 14 days after delivery. To make a return, submit a ‘return form’ and fill out your information.  If the information you submitted matches our records of purchase and the time frame of 14 days, you will receive a return label in your email within 3 business days. After you ship your product back and we process it, you will receive a coupon code with the in-store credit in your email.  In-store credit is valid for 1 year.
