All fees shall be paid in the U.S. dollars. If any credit card payment is dishonored or charged back to Us, the User remains liable to Us for the full amount of fees payable. We reserve the right to collect interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law on overdue balances. If We terminate your User status as a result of a breach of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

  1. Return and Refund Policy

Please note: Returns are accepted from US customers only. All international sales are final.

If you are a US customer and decide to return a product, OBoutique.shop offers in-store credit as long as you make the return within 14 days after delivery. To make a return, submit a ‘return form’ and fill out your information.  If the information you submitted matches our records of purchase and the time frame of 14 days, you will receive a return label in your email within 3 business days. After you ship your product back and we process it, you will receive a coupon code with the in-store credit in your email.  In-store credit is valid for 1 year.
